An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or by phone. For customized orders, production begins only after you approve the mockup and pay the agreed advance.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We occasionally correct listing errors; if a price was materially wrong, we’ll contact you before processing.

Handcrafted and natural-fibre products (jute, fabric, meenakari work) have minor variations in shade and texture — that’s their charm, not a defect. Screen colors may differ slightly from the physical product.

Ready-product orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Customized orders can be cancelled free before mockup approval; after production starts, the advance covers material and printing costs.

Designs, photos and text on this website belong to us or our suppliers. When you send us a logo or artwork for printing, you confirm you have the right to use it.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
