When you place an order or send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, delivery address and your order/requirement details.

Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser while you shop. If you enter your phone number at checkout but don’t complete the order, we save that number along with the cart so we can follow up once and help you finish — you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We keep a list of products you recently viewed in your own browser only; it is never sent to us.

If website analytics are enabled, our analytics providers may set cookies to measure visits and which products are popular. This never includes your name, phone number or address.

We use your details solely to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to inquiries and share order updates (usually on WhatsApp). We may occasionally message you about your pending inquiry or order.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except couriers (for delivery) and payment providers (for online payments).

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
